Professional whitening helped reduce staining and brighten this smile.

A one-visit repair restored the chipped tooth's shape and appearance.
Treatment needs and results vary. A dentist can explain which options may be appropriate after examining your smile.

Dr. Nilofer Khan and the team explain why treatment is recommended, what the alternatives are, and how to care for your teeth between visits. You will have time to ask questions and understand your options before deciding what feels right.

Start with a complete checkup, or call the Bucktown office and describe what is bothering you. A dentist can examine your teeth and gums, discuss your priorities, and explain whether you may need general care, cosmetic treatment, braces or aligners, gum care, a root canal, or an implant consultation.
Often, yes. NK Family Dental's team includes general dentists as well as dentists focused on periodontal and implant care and root canal treatment. When a plan involves more than one kind of care, the team can explain which dentist is responsible for each part. You can also meet the dental team before your visit.
Yes. Tell the dentist what you would like to change about your smile. The conversation can begin with the health of your teeth and gums, then move to relevant cosmetic dentistry options such as whitening, bonding, veneers, crowns, or orthodontic treatment.
The practice accommodates same-day emergency appointments. Call the office if you have severe tooth pain, swelling, a broken or knocked-out tooth, or another urgent concern so the team can advise you on timing. The emergency dental care page explains which problems may need prompt attention.
